Property management can come in any number of forms. With Azure Property Management we do not believe in tying property owners into contracts that may include services that they do not really require. You can use any, some or all of our services -YOU DECIDE!
These include property management, key holding, cleaning & changeovers, swimming pool maintenance and rental management which we can tailor into a package that suits you – this allows YOU the flexibility to see what works best as everyone’s needs are different. Below are the benefits and services you would receive by appointing us as property managers:
- Your linen and towels will be laundered after each stay and changed for the next guests.
- We are able to meet and greet your clients on arrival at your property or at a mutually convenient location.
- We will agree with you the “House Rules” for your property to ensure it is cared for when you have guests staying.
- We are able to provide you with an inventory list for your property contents.
- In your apartment we can provide a local area information pack detailing local interests, restaurants, beaches etc.
- 24/7 emergency contact numbers for any issues including doctors, police or personal emergency will be available.
- Provision of a grocery pack if specified by your guests can be arranged- good for late night or Sunday arrivals.
- Watering of indoor plants (outdoor garden maintenance not included).
- We will ensure that all appliances are in working order before and after each guest stay.
- We will switch on/off appliances, air-conditioning and heating prior to and after each guest stay.
- Monthly email update on your property
For most overseas property owners this is the service that you will need at the very least. The key-holder to your property should be a company or individual that you TRUST and who is available at short notice for any number of reasons.

There is nothing worse than arriving at your holiday home and realising that something you may take for granted at home is not available for your stay. As the majority of our clients have furnished their homes to a particular standard or to suit a type of clientele, they may not provide everything that some guests may need or expect.

If your villa has a swimming pool it is very important to keep the water at the correct chlorine & PH levels ensuring that it is crystal clear and safe to use at ALL times. Although mainly used in the summer months, your swimming pool will need maintenance throughout the year. This is something that many property owners don’t realise, but is very important to ensure that you or your guests are not greeted by a dirty pool and do not contract any infections or illness from using your pool. Azure Property Management offer an annual pool maintenance contract that provides cleaning and maintenance of your swimming pool. Benefits of this service are: –
- Weekly pool cleaning
- Chlorine PH levels checked on every visit, & adjusted as required
- Cleaning of floating debris, skimmers emptied
- Vacuuming of pool floor to ensure a crystal clear swimming pool

One-off Intensive Cleanse
If your pool has not been cleaned for a while it may be necessary to perform an initial intense cleanse prior to the introduction of regular cleaning. This will consist of an in-depth chlorination that ensures the proper disinfection of the water, cleaning of the bottom and sides of the pool and ensuring that the PH regulation is between the desired 7.2 and 7.6. Additionally, this treatment also has algaecide and flocculant to ensure the removal of algae and particles not removed by the filter.
It is recommended that after an intensive cleanse has been performed that a regular pool cleaning is implemented.
Regular Pool Cleaning
The regular maintenance of your pool will include the following:
- PH control – maintaining the correct level between 7.2 and 7.6
- Maintaining the level of chlorine ensuring the proper elimination of organisms and keeping the water clean and clear.
- Application of anti-algae to prevent slippery surfaces and green water
- Use of flocculant to remove particles not collected by the sand filter and purifier
- Regulation of the filtration system to ensure the water levels
- Cleaning of the filter
- Cleaning of the pre-filter pump and tray
- Cleaning the skimming filter to remove larger debris
- Vacuum cleaning the bottom of the pool

There is nothing worse than realising that your flight is delayed and all the supermarkets are closed by the time you get to your holiday home. The same can be said for Sunday flights when most shops in Spain are closed.
We also have clients who provide high quality welcome packs as standard into their properties for renters to enjoy and this may be something that you wish to implement yourself. Either way, Azure Property Management is able to provide a welcome pack for your convenience.
There are two ways we can help you in this area, firstly you can select our standard welcome pack,or alternatively, please email us your specific requirements and we will make sure your items are waiting for you on arrival, there will be a €5 charge added to the cost for this service
If you are on holiday for a special occasion such as an anniversary, birthday etc. why not have chilled champagne/cava awaiting your arrival

Our standard welcome pack consists of the following items and costs 20 euros:
